Only for sponsors and partners. We wish we could do away with it though. A true global festival is all-standing without any VIP zone. For fans wanting an exclusive lounge experience, you can buy our lounge tickets including F&B. Our lounges also give you an elevated view from each side of the venue.
Our gates open early enough to allow fans to have a seamless box office and entry experience. Arrive early, depart late, that's the true way to be at THE Festival.
Public/private transport. We usually also announce our tie-up with a cab aggregator whenever a partnership is in place. In case you are travelling to THE Festival in your own vehicle, do park only at the designated parking lot. Strictly no drink and drive please.
We want all of you to attend the concert. We shall update you soon about our nominally priced paid shuttle services/cab aggregator.
Lockers are not available at the venue. Keep your baggage safely. However, the entire venue will be under CCTV coverage, as in all chapters of THE Festival.
Re-entry is not allowed under any circumstances.
ATMs are available in close vicinity of the entrance gate of all our venues. We shall update soon if any ATM will be made available inside the venue as well.
Nobody will be allowed entry without an original valid ticket. Tickets can be purchased from our ticketing portals, our trusted ticketing agents or at the box office only.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis until the gig is sold out. Do not buy tickets from middlemen. Our gigs sell out fast—our record so far is 36 hours flat for a 3000 capacity venue.
Subject to availability only, tickets may be available at the box office at venue. It is highly recommended to pre-book tickets. Do not buy tickets from middlemen.
All original tickets will be punched/ scanned and become invalid upon entry. THE Festivalites will be given a coloured wristband which is non-transferable and mandatory to stay inside the venue.
Security personnel will frisk and scan all attendees. Contraband, inflammable items, water bottles, cameras, etc. will be confiscated. The organisers are not liable for confiscated items.
Alcohol from outside is strictly prohibited. Bars will be available inside the venue for THE Festivalites above the legal drinking age. Drink responsibly and strcitly avoid drink and drive.
No rain, partly cool weather, colder in the evening. Expect an awesome, musical atmosphere— possibly sweaty after dancing too hard!
Jackets, pullovers, caps, wallets, cash, debit/credit cards, mobile phones, flags, posters, umbrellas, handbags, backpacks, and happy smiles.
DSLRs, camcorders, laptops, cigarettes, lighters, weapons, explosives, deodorants, water bottles, selfie sticks, drones, alcohol, drugs, pets, and children below 8 years (our loud blaring speakers are not suitable for kids).
Parking is available across the street outside the venue, or at a nearby pre-designated location, as per police permission. Parking fees may apply as per municipal rules.
Food and drinks are available on spot against cash only. Coupons can be purchased and redeemed at counters. Unused coupons are non-refundable. Card/ UPI facility may also be available at select outlets.
Anything of your choice. Ladies are advised to avoid high heels at a live concert.
