We want all of you to attend the concert. We shall update you soon about our nominally priced paid shuttle services/ cab aggregator. 

 

 

\\LOCKERS

Lockers are not available at the venue. Keep your baggage safely. However, the entire venue will be under CCTV coverage, as in all chapters of THE Festival. In case you forgot your belongings after downing a peg too much, you know what to do. 

 

 

\\RE-ENTRY

Re- entry is not allowed under any circumstances. 

 

 

\\ATM

ATMs are available in close vicinity of the entrance gate. We shall update soon if any ATM will be made available inside the venue as well.

 

 

\\TICKETING

Nobody will be allowed entry without an original valid ticket. Tickets can be purchased from our portal or trusted ticketing agents only. 

 

 

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON WEBSITE

On a first come first served basis. Till the gig is not already soldout! Do not buy tickets from middlemen.

 

 

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY AT VENUE

Subject to availability. Strictly. It is best to pre-book! Again, do not buy tickets from middlemen.

 

 

\\WRISTBANDS

All original tickets will be punched and hence invalid upon entry. Post ticket punching, every Festivalite will be given a colored wrist band to wear. This wrist band is irreplacable, non- transferable, and actually your license to stay inside the venue. Anybody without a wrist band will not be allowed to be inside the premises under any circumstances. 

 

 

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

Our security personnel will frisk and scan you upon entry. Contraband items will be confiscated right then and there. Inflammable items, explosives, water bottles, cameras, etc. will also not be allowed inside. We request everyone to leave these behind at home. We shall not be liable for loss of any such belonging after confiscation by our security at the time of entry. 

 

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcoholic beverage will not be allowed inside under any circumstances. However, we have bars to keep you full all day. Only for THE Festivalites above the legal drinking age. Anybody below legal age limit, if found consuming alcohol will be handed over to the authorities. We do not encourage drink and drive too. At all times, we would want you to have your own driver or avail of a cab service while returning home. The organizers will not be responsible for any untoward incident or accident due to drink and drive instances. 

 

 

\\WEATHER

No rain, no clouds, partly cool, colder during evening. Hysteric. Awesome. Musical. Might be sweaty after dancing too hard. Also beware of neck cramps after prolonged head banging. 

 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED

Jackets, pullovers, caps, wallets, cash, debit and credit cards, mobile phones, flags, posters, umbrellas, hand bags, back packs. And happy smiles!

 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

DSLR cameras, camcorders, laptops, cigarettes, match sticks, lighter, guns, explosives, inflammable items, deodorants, water bottles, selfie sticks, drones, contraband items, alcohol, drugs, pets and children below 8 years.

 

 

\\PARKING

Parking lot is located right across the street outside the venue. There may be parking fees applicable as per municipal rules.

 

 

\\F&B

Food and drinks can be purchased on spot against cash only. You can otherwise buy coupons on spot with cash and redeem them at the bar and snacks counters. No coupon will be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Unused coupons will not be reimbursed. Bars and snacks counters close sharp at 11pm. Some outlets may have a credit/ debit card facility too.

 

 

\\DRESS CODE

Anything of your choice- who cares? Ladies, avoid high heels in a live concert!
